How coaching sessions work:

Your coaching session is conducted either face to face, or by phone, once per week, twice per month or once per month, depending upon your desired frequency. If you primarily registered for telecoaching sessions, you will receive a pre-coaching form by email prior to your session. Please email your coach this completed form prior to your session time Your coach will conduct your sessions based upon the S3 Method (The 7 Steps to Synergy), a coaching model designed by Ray & Jean Kadkhodaian. Upon registration, your coach will forward The Lighthouse Coaching Manual to you, which will detail all of the steps involved.

Step 2: Create Vision
Step 3: List Goals
Step 4: Investment
Step 5: Growth in Action
Step 6: Healthy Evaluation
Step 7: Tribute to success

A typical coaching session will involve identifying “successes”, or “wins” you have had since the last session, identifying the challenges you are currently facing, creating future goals and specific action steps to follow, and making commitments of change. In addition, your coach will include an educational segment and a fresh perspective to your current challenges which will offer you an opportunity to implement new skills into your daily activities. Your coach may also ask you to complete “homework” which will be applicable to your current goals and will undoubtedly reinforce the changes you will be making in your life. By utilizing all The Lighthouse has to offer, you can be on your way to creating all the success you deserve!
